Dhikr Planner ("we", "us", "the app") is published by an individual developer based in Pakistan. We respect your privacy. This document explains what data the app collects, why, and your rights regarding it.
Dhikr Planner does not require an account. Your azkar, daily goals, counts, reminders, streaks, and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us.
1. Data we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, audio, precise location, or any payment information. The app requests only the notification permission, used solely for the dhikr reminders you set.
2. How we use your data
- Analytics events help us see which screens and features are used and where users drop off, so we can improve the app.
- Device identifiers let the analytics providers count unique installs and let Firebase deliver push notifications to your device.
- Crash logs help us diagnose and fix bugs.
- We do not use your data for advertising, and the app contains no ads.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. The third-party services listed above process data on our behalf as service providers:
- PostHog (PostHog Inc., https://posthog.com/privacy) — analytics; data is hosted in the United States.
- Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC, https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy) — analytics, crash reporting, and notifications.
These providers are contractually limited to processing data for the purposes described here.
4. Your rights
You can:
- Opt out of usage analytics at any time in the app under Settings → "Share usage analytics". Crash reports are still sent so we can keep the app stable.
- Delete all local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings, since nothing is stored on our servers.
- Request deletion of analytics or crash data associated with your device, or request a copy of it, by emailing zamar3280@gmail.com. Because we do not collect a name or account, please include the approximate date range and device model so the provider can locate the records.
Data is fully purged within 30 days of a verified deletion request.
5. Security
- All data sent to analytics and crash-reporting providers is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Local app data on your device is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read.
- Any sensitive local values are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM using keys held in the Android Keystore.
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers apply their own industry-standard security controls.
6. Children
Dhikr Planner is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at zamar3280@gmail.com and we will delete it.
7. International transfers / GDPR
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following applies.
- Legal basis: we process analytics data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under Settings → "Share usage analytics". Crash diagnostics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable and secure.
- Transfers: our analytics and crash-reporting providers store data in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing, by emailing zamar3280@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8. California residents / CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect (listed in Section 1), to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email zamar3280@gmail.com.

We will update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
