Terms of Service — Dhikr Planner
Last updated: 13 September 2026
Dhikr Planner ("the app") is published by an individual developer based in Pakistan ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
By using Dhikr Planner you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Accounts
The app does not require an account. Your azkar, goals, counts, reminders, and settings are stored only on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device; uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this information.
Content
The azkar texts, transliterations, translations, and source references in the app are provided for personal devotional use. We take care to cite authentic sources, but we make no guarantee that every text or reference is free of error. If you notice a mistake, please email us so we can correct it.
Subscriptions and purchases
The app is currently free and contains no in-app purchases or advertising. If paid features are added in the future, they will be processed by Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms, and these terms will be updated.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer or break it, redistribute it, or use it in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Reminders depend on your device's notification and alarm settings and may be delayed or blocked by the operating system; do not rely on the app for anything time-critical.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
